Scope of duties:

servicing the equipment and IT systems of the company's clients
technical and substantive IT support for the company's clients
maintenance of devices belonging to the client's IT infrastructure (servers, switches, routers, firewalls, NAS servers, APs, computers, printers, mobile phones)
ensuring the highest level of customer service
advice on the purchase of hardware and software
helpdesk notification system support
configuration and preparation of workstations at the customer's request

Our requirements:

knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, Server 2012 (R2), 2016, 2019 operating systems
practical knowledge of services: AD DS, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V
knowledge of Eset, Bitdefender, Norton antivirus software
knowledge of backup systems; Veeam, Acronis
practical support for NAS devices: QNAP, Synology
knowledge of Office software: 2013/2016/2019
ability to manage Microsoft 365 services
knowledge of issues related to website hosting
knowledge of e-mail protocols: POP, IMAP, Exchange
knowledge of the basics of electronics and the construction of computer hardware
knowledge of current IT trends (both hardware and software)
self-organization, punctuality and high work culture
ability to solve problems independently
analytical thinking
experience in a similar position
driving license category B

Electrician

Scope of duties:

Work for Electricians - in Germany on business trips
Stable work without having to wait for the next trip
Possible work on site in the country

Our requirements:

knowledge of German is welcome, sufficient to understand instructions in the workplace
basic knowledge of the electrical industry
high quality of work, punctuality, commitment
SEP welcome
positive attitude towards work and willingness to develop
Category B driving license is welcome
